§ 4-9. Rabies control.

Latest version.

Any animal which bites a person or other animal shall be promptly reported to the county health department, and shall thereupon be securely quarantined at the direction of the health department for a period of ten days, and release shall not be made except by permission of a licensed veterinarian.
